Installing a new version of MoMo

1. If you have a directory oldMoMo/, remove it first by typing ``rm -r oldMoMo''.
2. Move your current version of MoMo to a backup directory by renaming your current MoMo directory: ``mv MoMo oldMoMo''.
3. If you still have a compressed copy of an older version of MoMo in your working directory, remove it: ``rm momo.tar''
4. Download the new version of MoMo. This will put a new file momor.tar.gz into your working directory.
5. Uncompress the file: ``gunzip momor.tar.gz''. This results in a file momor.tar in your working directory.
6. Unpack MoMo: ``tar -xvf momor.tar''. This will create a new directory MoMo_R2/ in your working directory.
7. To use the new MoMo, go to the directory MoMo_R2/ and proceed as usual. Have fun!
